Made all from the Pommard clone and aged 14 months in new French oak, the 2015 Pinot Noir Flight Risk shows more red fruits as well as a pretty, elegant, complex style. Crushed herbs, candied violets and spice nuances all flow to a medium-bodied, pure Pinot Noir that's perfectly balanced and silky on the palate. This is unquestionably the Burgundy lovers Pinot Noir in the lineup and it should continue drinking brilliantly for 10-15 years.
