Wine deliveries require an adult 21 years or older to sign for the order by federal law, so whenever possible we strongly encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time. We cannot ship to a P.O. box.
Shipping Services & Weather Protection
UPS Ground
UPS is offered year-round and is usually the best option to most states. Orders typically arrive 3 to 10 days from the day of purchase, weather permitting. Wine shipment are preferred in the fall or spring to avoid compromising the product from heat or cold damage. By selecting this service, you waive coverage for products due to hot/cold weather. Contact us for alternate shipping options.
Please select expedited shipping for guaranteed delivery of product during hot and cold months. Tracking information is sent when the order leaves our warehouse. Reroute available if requested within 48 hours.
UPS Expedited Shipping
UPS 2-day, 3-day service, and overnight are available for most states. The wines are protected and guaranteed from weather damage. Expedited service is the safest during cold weather months in your state or route.Tracking information is sent when the order leaves our warehouse. Reroute is available within 24 hours of ship date.

Wren Hop is committed to producing the highest quality wines possible. By California and Federal law, we are unable to accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the bottle is physically damaged.
Damaged Bottles
Despite our best efforts to secure wine shipments, wine bottles are fragile, and issues arise from time to time. Contact the Wren Hop team at (707) 836 1715 and we will rectify the situation quickly.
Returns, Cancellations & Restrictions
We will happily replace or substitute any damaged bottles purchased directly from the winery. However, we cannot replace Wren Hop wines purchased from other wine retailers or restaurants. We have invested heavily in TCA free corks and best practices, if you feel the wine is flawed in any way, please inform us immediately. We ask that the remaining wine is sent back to our partner lab ETS in Healdsburg for testing. Please keep the bottle and remaining content and we will arrange for pickup. This helps us discover any production issues and supports our dedication to creating the best quality wine possible. We are unable to accept the return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment or wine that is ordered in error.
Once received, we will refund your credit card for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling. Please contact us for return instructions. 707 836 1715.
